Software compatibility for ‘windows mobile pocket pc” and “windows mobile smartphone”?
See guys ive refered all answers related to this but evrything seems to be incomplete. i just want to know one thing.. Are the softwares for windows mobile pocket pc compatible with windows mobile smartphones like htc touch..
Many softwares available are only for pocket pc edition… But the htc touch has WM6 version. Are these S/Ws applicable for this fone too.. Pls guys make it very clear..
yes software is different between the two the pocket pc software takes advantage of the touchscreen which smartphones do not have
as far as wm 5 or 6
most software that will work on one will work on the other
i haven,t had any myself that run on one but not the other yet
Im pretty sure smartphones are different than pocket pc's as in changing firmwares
